Dietary supplement used to normalize stimulus conduction to muscles (muscle cramps at night, after physical activity, magnesium deficiency).
Action on muscle function (Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, folic acid and Vitis vinifera to reduce oxidative stress (polyphenols)), nerve conduction (Magnesium, which stimulates transmission in the brain), and muscle tone.
Taurine reinforces the effect of magnesium, without over-stimulating it.

Directions for use :
from age 12, 1 to 2 capsules a day to be taken with a glass of water (200 ml).
