1. Add the contents of the sachet to 150 ml of water;
2. Stir thoroughly until the powder is no longer lumpy (almost instantaneous);
3. Let it rest for 2-5min;
4. Stir well again;
5. Drinking immediately is recommended, but not a must. The liquid will just thicken a bit if you leave it there, but the powder won't settle.
